How do you get the attention of an executive that doesn't want to talk to you? The answer to the question is: scare the crap out of them! Dunthorpe Marketing asked Daniel to Creative Direct a project they were doing for their client, Right Now. The target is VPs of Customer Experience. We got their attention by telling the truth — reminding them that they weren't in charge anymore — this is the age of the empowered customer! All of that power is contained in Daniel's simple message — Meet Your New Boss — and a photo of an average Joe, the customer!
The cap to the attention getting mail package was an oversized poster of the photo and headline that took advantage of variable printing so we could include the actual company name on the poster. (To see all four posters please visit the still photography samples)

Smile is a great group of people and we feel very fortunate to work with them. Over eight years we've contributed to every stage of the brand building process. Every designer wants to create full page print ads and Smile realized the value of both product focus and brand building from those ads. We used a humorous approach to the Disclabel series as a way to create a grabber image and stop the reader from turning the page.
