Vistage International
Project:
Video story about members
Details:
A spotlight on two Vistage members who were nominated for awards on Collaboration
Comments:
We love working with Vistage because they allow us to stretch the definition of storytelling. It's pretty challenging doing something different with interview videos. They asked us to do a spotlight video on a few of their members who had interesting stories. Traditional over-the-shoulder interviews seem boring and lack congruency. So we took a chance that our subjects could be coached into a direct-to-camera presentation made famous by the great filmmaker, Errol Morris.
“Nourish Creative have helped us capture a new authenticity to our video brand.”
Daniel deMoulin and Nourish Creative have helped us capture a new authenticity to our video brand – a way that transcends the typical “corporate video,” With their guidance, we now share the stories of our Vistage membership with power, clarity and impact.

SavoryStock LLC
Project:
Identity, Business Incubation and Stock Video on Food
Details:
A full identity with logotype and mark for a stock video company. Ongoing stock video creation.
Comments:
SavoryStock was created to answer the growing need for food related media content and to ensure we could continue to work with food. The mark is a blend of film and fire. (It's well known in the stock footage business that any clip with flame will sell well.) SavoryStock is wholly owned by Nourish Media, Inc.

Video/Storytelling
Details:
Story of a successful transition of a homeless man, from the street to housing
Comments:
Ritter Center is a non-profit agency in Marin County providing food, clothing and transformative services to the homeless and working poor. They asked Nourish Creative to craft a video story for their annual fundraising gala to help explain to donors how their money was being used. We told the story from the perspective of a man who had transitioned to housing from the street. The backdrop for the video is a haunting song by the great jazz vocalist, Kurt Elling, entitled “The Waking.” (Many thanks to Depth of Field Management for permission to use the song)
